Jennifer Alfaro is a Masters Level Intern completing her clinical training through partnerships with Daniel Beard LMFT at Heritage Professional Associates and Wheaton College. Jennifer is also committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and cultivate fulfilling relationships. Jennifer also provides compassionate and effective therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. Jennifer’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive, integrating evidence-based techniques such as Intergenerational Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, and draws inspiration from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies for positive change.
