Huma Pandit, MD is a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She has been practicing in the areas of General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for over 12 years in the Western Suburbs. She specializes in psychopharmacology and has a special interest in ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders. She sees a wide variety of patients including children as young as 3 years old, adolescents and young adults. Women’s mental health issues are a strong area of interest to her, and she enjoys her work with them. She is also trained in insight oriented psychotherapy, CBT, family therapy and supportive psychotherapy

Dr. Pandit completed her medical education in India. She completed her medical residency in General Psychiatry from Michigan State University in Kalamazoo, MI, and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is a member of AACAP and Illinois C&A Society. Dr Pandit is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi & Kashmiri

Dr. Pandit’s practice, Holistic Behavioral Health, is affiliated with Heritage. While a separate practice from our own, she works out of our same office suites, providing integrated mental health care. She works out of the Heritage offices in both Hinsdale and Wheaton.
