Daniel draws inspiration from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy & Solution Focused Therapy. 

About Daniel Beard

Daniel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Fellow with AAMFT. He emphasizes exploring context for transformative change. With a focus on the broader context of clients' lives, he uncovers underlying factors, offering holistic therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Daniel is interested in depression, anxiety, identity work, grief, life transitions, couples' issues, and sexual challenges. Daniel's approach goes beyond the surface, empowering clients to address both immediate concerns and the root causes of their struggles. Additionally, Daniel provides life coaching to facilitate comprehensive personal growth

Daniel continues to enjoy learning about interesting topics and is an avid podcast listener.  He also enjoys being outside and playing and watching sports.  Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
