Jennifer Ziegler MA, LMFT

Jennifer's Approach to Therapy

Jennifer is relationally focused and solution-oriented. Trusting each person's natural capacity for healing, Jennifer communicates a confidence and hope that puts her clients at ease. Whether using a more structured therapy like CPT or something more free flowing like Brainspotting, Jennifer’s goal is always to create life transforming experiences for her clients that will allow them to know peace regarding the past, joy in the present and hope for the future.

About Jennifer Ziegler

Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, passionate about helping individuals to heal and move forward after trauma. Having earned her Masters degree from Wheaton College, Jennifer also holds multiple advanced certifications in trauma treatment and is ever invested in learning the most up to date and effective methods for supporting her clients. Knowing multiple ways to heal trauma that don’t involve “talking about it”, Jennifer is a breath of fresh air for clients who have “tried everything” and would rather not tell their story one more time.

A pastor’s wife, daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter and niece, Jennifer definitely knows the ins and outs of church life and is often sought out by pastors and their families, amongst others in the church. Her gentle and non-judgmental spirit creates a safe space for clients needing to heal from spiritual abuse and trauma.

When not in the office, Jennifer enjoys sunshine, laughing, all things fiber arts, the ocean, and spending time with her husband, 3 sons (whenever they are home), and sweet dog, Emmi.
