Amy is currently completing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler University and is being supervised by Dr. Chris Mazzarella on the Clinical Therapy Team through the Heritage Center for Professional Development and Training.
About Amy Sczepanik
Amy is a Doctoral Therapy Extern who specializes in the treatment of individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship issues. She has previous experience providing psychological assessment to children and young adults. Amy uses a person-centered approach to create a supportive therapeutic space in which the client feels validated, deeply acknowledged, and heard. Amy’s goal as a therapist is to facilitate the client’s journey towards self-actualization and personal growth.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, baking, and gardening.
