About Amy Sczepanik

Amy is a Doctoral Therapy Extern who specializes in the treatment of individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship issues. She has previous experience providing psychological assessment to children and young adults. Amy uses a person-centered approach to create a supportive therapeutic space in which the client feels validated, deeply acknowledged, and heard. Amy’s goal as a therapist is to facilitate the client’s journey towards self-actualization and personal growth. 

 In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, baking, and gardening.
