Our Teen DBT Group offers a safe, supportive, and skills-based program to help your teen develop emotional resilience, confidence, and a more positive outlook on life!

What is DBT? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a proven, evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness, self-awareness, and practical skills to manage emotions, behaviors, and relationships more effectively.

Group Details:

- Ages: 13-18

- Duration: 3 months

- Frequency: Weekly sessions (60 minutes)

- Group size: 4-8 teens, led by 1-2 trained therapists

We also provide individualized DBT support for parents to gain a deeper understanding of your teen's emotions and behaviors and learn effective communication and support strategies.
