Jess Kocum’s Approach to Therapy
Drawing upon her expertise and training, Jess incorporates various therapeutic modalities into her practice. She leans on play therapy techniques to engage child clients and fosters connection and emotional well-being in teens and adults through person centered therapy. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address symptoms of trauma and utilizes the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support sensory processing and emotional regulation.
