About Bruce Norquist

Bruce Norquist is a Master’s Level Intern completing his clinical training through partnerships with Pam Bult at Heritage Professional Associates and Moody Theological Seminary.  Bruce brings a wealth of career and interpersonal experience from working twenty-eight years in the field of higher education. Bruce possesses a deep care for individuals of all ages and backgrounds and provides empathy and a safe space within which issues can be explored and healing, growth, and wellness can be pursued. Bruce utilizes an integrative approach and leverages evidenced-based treatments to address a wide array of issues across the lifespan.  Bruce tailors his approach to every person’s individual needs and preferences and can include focused work on social anxiety, generalized anxiety, academic-related concerns, performance anxiety, social anxiety, concerns related to spirituality, spiritual trauma, career stagnation, and workplace burnout, as well as strengthening internal resources of resilience, emotion regulation, social skills, confidence or self-esteem.
