Abigail approaches therapy through a family systemic and relational model to facilitate individual and relational growth among people of all ages. 

About Abigail

Abigail is a marriage and family therapist who is passionate about kids, teens, families and couples. She received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College. Abigail provides psychotherapy services for individuals, families, and couples of all ages. She aims to create a safe and warm therapeutic space that supports growth and positive change. 

Abigail’s areas of focus and expertise include anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and relational distress. Abigail has experience in play therapy with children of all ages. She is certified in Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling and is trained as a family therapist, both of which enhance her work with couples and families. She likes to identify and build upon existing strengths and support individuals toward forging stronger, more fulfilling connections. 

In her spare time, Abigail enjoys running, playing board games, cooking, and trying new local coffee shops.
