About Stuart Folkerts

Stuart is a Doctoral Therapy Extern who works with individuals across the lifespan. His clinical interests include trauma, resilience, anxiety, depression, serious mental illnesses, relationship issues and religious struggles. He has previous experience providing neuropsychological assessment to children and teens. Stuart uses a relational, CBT approach with evidence-based treatments to fit each person’s needs. Through a collaborative relationship, he will help you champion your life through skills training, insight, and a strengths-based focus.  His doctoral research interests include growth mindset, executive functioning, performance, and gratitude in high-stress populations. With courage and compassion, Stuart will help you find lasting healing and become all you can be.
