Relationship Difficulties

Relationship difficulties can come in many forms.  Whether you’re married, engaged or dating; in a traditional or non-traditional relationship;  in an adult relationship with a sibling, parent, child, friend or a workplace colleague; all can be a source of stress and difficulty.  Perhaps your relationships lack the depth and intimacy you really desire.  Maybe you struggle with where the boundaries lie in a healthy relationship or how to meet your own needs without getting stuck in conflict. You may realize your communication skills are not what they need to be.
