· Direct observation: Observing diagnostic interviews, testing administration, psychological testing feedback, and/or therapeutic sessions (individual, group) to obtain a better understanding of diagnostic and therapeutic processes.
· Literature review: Examining research, reading academic journal articles, and producing summaries on a variety of mental health topics.
· Active enrichment: Participating in a wide range of activities that will enhance the intern’s understanding of professional ethics, psychological theories and therapeutic techniques employed by the office staff and clinicians every day.
