About Dr. Baird

Dr. Baird founded Heritage Professional Associates in 1990 with two other psychologists. He served as a managing partner from 1990-2022 and played a vital role in the growth of Heritage from four clinicians at one site to over 50 clinicians at multiple sites in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Baird specialized in ethics in clinical practice, serving on the Illinois Psychological Association ethics committee and consistently providing ethics consultations and seminars for HPA clinicians. He also had a robust clinical practice, positively impacting the lives of hundreds of clients over the years.
